The Government have long recognised the importance of increasing the skills of our workforce which is why they make funding available to help you train your staff members. Traineeships allow business owners to train their staff up to a nationally recognised qualification and receive incentives for doing so.
At AIFA, our approach is to make sure that your business gets the maximum benefit from a Traineeship, including improved skill levels leading to more motivated employees. The government incentives you will be paid will benefit your business; for example, a typical incentive paid to your business is $4,000 per student. Not only will your staff member have new skills to benefit your business but your business will be reimbursed $4,000 for each staff member that qualifies.
