Is the organisation a Registered Training Organisation?

AIFA is an ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 91311) authorised to deliver specialist Financial Services programs under the Australian Qualifications Framework.  In order to maintain our status as a RTO, we must maintain the standard set by this Framework and allow our performance to be monitored at any time. You’ll find our listing on the Training.gov.au website. 

How well equipped and staffed is the organisation?

AIFA has two well established campuses in North Sydney and Parramatta. Each campus has four classrooms as well as student break-out areas and modern computer technology and software. The campuses are close to major train stations. For those who would prefer to study at home or work, AIFA has developed a state of the art eLearning system to deliver the same quality training materials offered in class. eLearning courses and the associated assessments are run by the same trainers that run our classes.

Who will my trainer be?

AIFA uses a mixture of full time and contracted trainers who are experts in their given fields. Many of our trainers work in the industry which means they are able to share skills and experiences that will be of great benefit to you in your own career. Our trainers are available in class or via our eLearning system depending on your chosen mode of learning.

What support will I receive?

AIFA has four separate teams that support students at different stages. Our Training Advice team ensures that you get the right advice at the start and that you are enrolled in a course that is right for you. From there, our Student Services team will make sure that your courses and trainers are assigned and are available to help you right the way through your course. Our eLearning and Training teams ensure that you have a great experience learning online, that your courses are intuitively designed and that your course content and trainers are of a high standard. The aim is to ensure that you gain the outcome you wanted in the first place and many smaller RTO’s do not have the resources to offer this level of service.
