Our Advanced Diploma of Accounting course is designed to offer these skills as well the Tax Law Skill Set required for individuals who would like to operate as Taxation Agents. Graduates of the Advanced Diploma may apply for membership of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). The IPA is a progressive, responsive accounting body committed to integrity, professionalism and professional development. It represents more than 20,000 members and students working in industry, commerce, government, academia and private practice.

Course Units

This Advanced Diploma of Accounting course contains 8 units.

Candidates who complete the training via AIFA's Accounting Pathway Program will receive an Advanced Diploma of Accounting which incorporates the BAS Agents Skills Set, Australian Taxation Law Skills Set, and a Statement of Attainment for the 15 pre-requisite Diploma units. Course Duration and Delivery

The course of study is designed to be completed over 20 weeks. Students access course material and assessment tasks through AIFA’s Web site as and when required 24/7 – as one tutorial set and the related assessments are completed the next tutorial set and assessments are released from our on-line library.  Students also gain access to live, web based tutorials where they can interact with fellow students and their tutor.
