


AIFA's policy is to attract and retain professional staff working in training and assessment who bring a high level of relevant industry experience to the AIFA training experience.
Training is conducted at our North Sydney and Parramatta learning Centres, Monday through Saturday and evenings for 50 weeks of the year. Our students range from professionals seeking to complete compliance/licensing qualifications to those who are retraining and upskilling to re-enter the workforce. AIFA does not provide services to the international student market in Australia.
The emphasis in AIFA training is in skills development through the transfer of knowledge from experienced trainers.
Qualification levels delivered range from Certificaten III to Advanced Diploma; the greatest amount of training is available at Certificate IV, and Diploma, with Advanced Diploma - Financial Services becoming increasingly significant.

Train-the-trainer
Trainers and assessors at AIFA must be equiped with:- Recognised qualifications in the discipline in which they are working at AIFA typically at Bachelor level
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA)
- Relevant work experience
