 Trainers and Assessors:

We are seeking Trainers and Assessors across a range of disciplines. AIFA has undergone an unprecedented growth period, and expects further major growth in students enrolments over 2011 and 2012. In particular we require professionals who interested in training in

  • Accounting
  • Financial Planning
  • ASIC RG 146
  • Mortgage Broking and Credit Services

Trainers and assessors at AIFA must be equiped with:

  • Recognised qualifications in the discipline in which they are working at AIFA typically at Bachelor level
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA)
  • Relevant work experience

If you wish to become a trainer and assessor at AIFA and are qualified and experienced but do not have the TAA qualification or limited experience in training, subject to AIFA's selection process, we will provide training and development to allow you to gain the TAA qualification and practical on-the-job training experience.

 

 Training Advisors / Sales Professionals:

Do you have experience in qualifying people and selling them appropriate solutions to their needs. Our Training Advice team is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team. Work within a close knit team and earn a great salary while helping your customers advance their career. If you have at least one years experience in sales or telesales, please get in touch with us. All training will be provided.
