


Productivity Places Program - Job Seekers
Financial services and accounting qualifications offered under the Productivity Places Program lead to employment in areas of high demand. AIFA is contracted by NSW State Training to deliver the Productivity Places Program for Job Seekers. The Productivity Places Program is funded by the Australian and the NSW Government.Funding Arrangements
If you are eligible, the PPP will meet the full cost of training with AIFA.Eligibility Criteria
Applicant must be a NSW Resident and:- registered with an Job Services Australia provider, or
- an income support recipient who is not currently required to meet activity test or participation requirements, or
- a participant in the Community Development Employment Projects scheme, or
- not currently working and seeking or intending to seek paid employment or self-employment after completing training - this definition includes people 15-19 years of age who are not formally enrolled in school and in paid employment for 15 hours or less in the week prior to commencement of training, or people 20 years of age or older who have been in paid employment for one hour or less in the week prior to commencement of training, or
- a participant in the Commonwealth's Access Program, or
- not working and participating in volunteering activities.
Applicants who are studying full-time or in another training program are not eligible for the program.

Program Features:
Each qualification is delivered in four modules.- Each module is completed over ten weeks.
- Typically there is a three week break at the end of each module.
- You will complete the qualification in one year, with a requirement that if you defer at any time you must complete training within 2 years.
AIFA's learning formats:
Full time classroom training- Attend two days per week (Mon-Tues OR Wed-Thur) for ten weeks per module
- Complete and submit your assessments in the classroom and on-line
- You can expect your commitment to training to be not less than 20 hours per week
- Attend on Saturday from 9.00-5.00pm for ten weeks per module OR
- Attend two evenings per week (Mon-Wed or Tues-Thur) each week for ten weeks per module.
