About AIFA
The Australian Institute of Financial Services and Accounting (AIFA) was founded in 1999 and is a specialist provider of financial services, mortgage broking and accounting education in Australia. AIFA is an ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) Registered Training Organisation (RTO No. 91311) authorised to deliver specialist Financial Services programs under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
AIFA brings together professionals with many years of practical financial services and accounting industry experience, training experience and professional qualifications.
Our qualifications are nationally recognised and valued by employers throughout the industry. Our programs cater for a range of training and professional development needs.
AIFA Code of Practice
AIFA is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO national code number: 91311) that issues nationally accredited qualifications in a range of financial services courses.
AIFA takes pride in providing the highest levels of service standards and quality training and assessment services to all students and clients. AIFA is governed by the standards as set out in the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator ACT 2011 (NVR).
OBJECTIVES
To ensure all student and client rights are protected under legislation for AIFA services and products developed and delivered nationally by:
- providing ethical and accurate marketing
- providing accurate assessments and marking
- ensuring all information related to course costs and charges applicable is advised prior to course enrolment
- providing a Student Handbook to each student that details all policies and information about studying with AIFA
- engaging with industry and stakeholders to ensure that our graduates hold the required employability skills to the standard of performance required in the workplace
- ensuring our teaching and assessment staff continuously engage with industry to ensure their knowledge and skills reflect current industry practice.
